Refund Policy

The short version: We offer a 7-day refund on your first month if PaidUp does not work as described. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for subsequent billing periods. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

1. Subscription Billing

PaidUp offers monthly subscription plans (Solo at AUD $12/month and Pro at AUD $24/month) billed in advance through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

The Free plan is not subject to any charges and does not require payment details.

2. 7-Day Refund on First Payment

If you are not satisfied with PaidUp after upgrading to a paid plan, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of the initial charge. To request a refund contact us at support@getpaidup.live within 7 days of your first payment with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.

We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate PaidUp before upgrading to a paid plan.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription within the PaidUp app, or contact us at support@getpaidup.live.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund or credit at our discretion where:

6. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for PaidUp subscriptions. Their refund and dispute policies also apply. If you have a billing dispute you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly at lemonsqueezy.com.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
